Accommodation & Transportation



Accommodation in Iasi will be provided in our newly renovated Student Dorm situated very close to the city center and around 12 minutes walking distance from our University, in one of the greenest areas of the city.

All rooms are twin rooms with private shower and toilette. The kitchen is available on each floor and is equipped with fridge, cooking stove,etc. There is also laundry available for free.

During the day you can take a walk in the Copou Park situated 5 minutes away walking from the dorm. Starting with the second half of XVIIth century, Copou was one of the preferred places for walks and relaxation and is home to the famous Linden of Eminescu- the 500 years old tree that inspired the greatest Romanian poet. Not very far you can also visit the Botanical Garden. It covers 100 ha and it’s the largest in Romania.



In order to arrive in Iasi, there are several options: you can either book a plane ticket to Bucharest ( and from there take another plane (check the flights with, the Romanian airline company), a train ( or a bus, or book a flight directly to Iasi airport ( The transportation to Iasi is not included in the participation fee.
