Prices

The programme is very affordable and we hope that our organization will please all our participants. The fee you have to pay in order to take part in this surgery summer school is 400 euro. It is due upon receipt of written notification that your application has been accepted. The fee can be paid in advance by bank transfer and  it must be paid in advance no later than 20th of May, 2010.

The price includes:

-accommodation in Iasi

-accommodation and transport for the two trips in the weekend

-2 meals/day(also in the trip days)

-all the materials needed for the courses(course book, medical overall)

The price doesn’t include:

-transportation from your country to Iasi or from Bucharest to Iasi (our town is aproximatly 410 km away from Bucharest, the capital of Romania); the travel Iasi – Bucharest can be made either by plane, or by train (www.cfr.ro, the English page, is a site that could help you obtain the information about the train schedule in Romania)

-travel expenses in Iasi

-visa (if necessary) and travel insurance costs

-other social events

-banking fees

The bank transfer must include the name of the participant.

After the payment has been made, please send us a copy of the bank transfer as soon as possible by mail. After receiving it we will send you a confirmation by email. All payments must be made without charges to the payee.

In case you have paid the course fee in advance but you cancel your participation:
- we will only refund 95 % of the course fee and deduct banking fees for the persons who announce their cancellation until 10th of June, 2010
- we won’t refund any money for those who announce the cancellation later than the 10th of June, 2010.
